Dear Customer,
This is to inform you that Caffita System spa will handle the data you provide in compliance with current regulations regarding the handling of personal data.
In compliance with art. 13 of Italian law 196/2003, we inform you that the data are gathered in order to govern our relationship. Transfer of data is of a voluntary nature. If you refuse to provide your data, we cannot establish the contract.

The personal data you provide are gathered telematically and handled, with the aid of electronic means, directly and/or by delegated third parties (delivery company) for the following purposes:

• to provide the service and manage product purchase orders;
• to produce statistics and forward advertising material, even through the use of the e-mail.

In all cases, your data cannot be communicated to others, outside the companies which, through commercial or other agreements with Caffita System, work to ensure that the contract is duly executed.
In compliance with art. 7 of Italian law 196/2003, you have the right at any time to receive from the Data Handling Manager, information on how your data are handled, on the modalities and ends and on the logic applied as well as the right to:

1. obtain confirmation of the existence of the data and communication of the data and their origin;
2. obtain the ID data for the Holder and Manager as well as the subjects or categories of subjects to which the data can be communicated or which can come to know them in their position as Managers or workers;
3. have the data updated, rectified and integrated;
4. have the data cancelled, transformed in anonymous form, and to block any data handling in violation of the law;
5. certificate that the operations at points 3) and 4) above have been made known to those to whom the data have been communicated and circulated, with the exception of the case in which this proves impossible or requires means clearly out of proportion for the right being protected;
6. object, for legitimate reasons, to having the data handled even for the purposes for which it was collected and to having the data handled for advertising or market research purposes.
   The handling data holder is Caffita System spa – via Panigali 38, 40041 Gaggio Montano (BO) in compliance with the art.4 co.1. lett.f, d.lgs 196/2003.

Consent: upon learning the information in article 13 of Italian Law 196/2003, the Customer is informed on the handling of his own personal data within the limits indicated in the information sheet that he says he has received and read. By checking below, the Customer freely expresses his consent to the use of his data for activities not strictly related to fulfillment of the contract, but useful to improve and provide information on new services and goods offered by Caffita System spa. In particular, you agree to have your data used for promotions initiatives, announcement of new products, services and offers.
