Delivery

Delivery is made by express courier within 72 working hours of receipt of the order. The goods are delivered to the place you indicate when you register as a new customer.

Warning

To prevent delivery errors and thus delayed receipt of the coffee, make certain that the shipping address is correct.

If your address changes, communicate the new address at the time of the next order.

Missed delivery

If at the time of delivery, the courier does not find anyone at the delivery point, he will leave notification of the delivery. In this case you will have to contact the courier at the number indicated on the notification and arrange for new delivery on a day which is most convenient for you.

Payment

The currently available means of payment is cash on delivery (C.O.D.): this enables you to make payment at the time of delivery, paying the courier in cash or with a not negotiable check made out to the courier.
